I had a fantastic stay at Panama Jacks! The resort is great for groups and families, offering ample opportunities for off-property adventures. The rooms were spacious and clean, with wonderful views. The dining options were excellent, with no bad meals during our stay. However, the rocky beach made swimming difficult, and I wish they had more shaded areas by the pool.
I just spent 11 amazing days at Panama Jack's in Playa del Carmen, and I couldn't ask for a more relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. While the beach is not its best feature, the hotel's atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was surprisingly good, but I did notice the hot water could be a bit inconsistent. Overall, if you're looking for a charming hotel with exceptional hospitality, this is definitely the place!
My stay at Panama Jack Playa del Carmen was nothing short of amazing! The staff truly made me feel at home, handling special requests with care, which was particularly comforting given my mother-in-law's food allergies. The food was indulgent and delicious, but the dining experience had a few hiccups like the odd presentation of a full-body pig. The resort is beautifully designed, and the overall environment feels very welcoming. However, the noise from nearby rooms could be disruptive at times, especially on the last night.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, providing a great view of the surroundings.
