I had a fantastic stay at Panama Jacks! The resort is great for groups and families, offering ample opportunities for off-property adventures. The rooms were spacious and clean, with wonderful views. The dining options were excellent, with no bad meals during our stay. However, the rocky beach made swimming difficult, and I wish they had more shaded areas by the pool.

I just spent 11 amazing days at Panama Jack's in Playa del Carmen, and I couldn't ask for a more relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. While the beach is not its best feature, the hotel's atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was surprisingly good, but I did notice the hot water could be a bit inconsistent. Overall, if you're looking for a charming hotel with exceptional hospitality, this is definitely the place!
